Step One: The Consult

Yay! You're engaged! Connect with us via our simple inquiry form to see whether your date is still available in our calendar.​ Emma will send you an initial email confirming that she received your inquiry, and will offer some days and times to set up a connection call.

Connection Call: We can't wait to hear all about you, your family, your love story-everything! It's all important and plays into your overall wedding design. No detail is too small! Emma will also give a brief overview of general pricing structures.

Step Two: The Proposal
​
​Emma will send a personalized contract and beautifully curated custom proposal for you to sign. This isn't just a mood board or a boring invoice; it's a sampling of your vision complete with color palettes, inspirational images, and descriptions of each piece of your design.

Step Three: Booking
​
So, the vibes are right and we're a great fit. Let's make it official! We take a retainer deposit, along with a signed contract, to secure your date and confirm that we are your florist.
​
We believe in the power of open and honest communication and will check in frequently in the months (and even years) leading up to your wedding. We'd love to meet you in person and schedule a walk-through site visit at your venue!

Step Four: Your Wedding Day
​​
In the months leading up to your wedding, we will have our final design meeting together to confirm the details, and quantities, and to answer any questions you may have by the 30-day mark. That way, you can relax as we source your blooms and hard goods to truly bring this vision to life!

The Zinnia
Non-Wedding Events
The Zinnia package allows you to have our signature floral designs at any event; rehearsal dinners and welcome parties, bridal and baby showers, intimate gatherings, and more. Designs will be created by our talented designers, and are available for pickup, or delivery/setup for a small fee. Some rental pieces are available. Please inquire so we can hear more about your vision and ideas!

The Poppy
Partial Service Weddings
Our Poppy package allows us to bring our signature designs to smaller events where you still want elevated, romantic designs but you just don't need many of them. It includes setup by a small team of our designers, a curated proposal, and access to select rental items. Poppy covers just the basics (wedding party florals, a few centerpieces, and smaller ceremony or reception designs). This option is perfect for weddings with a guest count of 100 guests or less, casual weekday weddings, and small off-season weddings.

The Cosmos
Carry-Out Weddings
Cosmos are simple but whimsical flowers evoking thoughts of high summer and dancing English gardens. Our Cosmos package is our version of "A La Carte" for couples who want to keep things simple but still want exquisite flowers. We will have a 30-minute consultation via phone/Zoom/FaceTime and create a custom proposal based on your vision. We will craft beautiful arrangements and bouquets and carefully package them up for you to pick up from our studio. This package is strictly carried out and does not include any delivery, setup/installation, or breakdown.

The Dahlia
Full Service Weddings
The Dahlia package is an all-inclusive, curated experience. It begins with a consultation, detailed proposal, and mood board, an in-person meeting, and a site visit if necessary. We work closely with your wedding planner and other vendors to ensure a seamless aesthetic with memories to last a lifetime. Together, we work closely to discuss color palettes, flower choices, and the tiniest details. Our Dahlia package includes access to bespoke rental items and a full team of designers completely dedicated to delivery, installation, repurposing ceremony pieces if needed, and then returning for breakdown at the end of the night. This package also includes travel fees, lodging, and more to ensure our team is fully present in the moment.
