She came a day early to start setting the flower arch with the bride, which gave the bride a great piece of mind knowing that everything was on the correct path. I spent a few months communicating back & forth with Emma about visual ideas and inspiration for the whole event. The communication and planning process was seamless and fun. I really felt like I trusted Emma to help make the vision come to life. In the end we planned to have all the wedding party personal flowers, the bud vases & greenery for the reception and the absolute fairy tale ceremony arch done by Blue Door Flower Farm. All the floral elements were more magical than I could have ever envisioned and I was so happy with everything that the team put together. The orchids were a dreamy and meaningful highlight and were the perfect addition to make my bouquet and the arch such special pieces for our wedding day.

Yes. Full-service events include setup, delivery, and optional breakdown. Delivery fee: $1,000 + $1.75/mile. This allows us the flexibility to reserve vehicles to safely transport your designs from our studio space to your venue.
We recommend booking 9–18 months ahead, especially for peak-season weddings (May–October) or destination events.
Elopements + Microweddings: $1,000+
Smaller floral presence: $5,000–$8,000
Most weddings: $7,000–$12,000+
Large-scale weddings: $12,000–$15,000+
