On August 2nd, Dakota and Nader celebrated their love at her family’s home in East Burke, Vermont. Surrounded by the Green Mountains, soft pastels of peach, cream, and lavender filled the ceremony field, crafted by Blue Door Flower Co. luxury wedding florals. Dakota walked down the aisle to Edelweiss, a tender, timeless choice.
The ceremony took place in an open field surrounded by Mount Pisgah, Burke Mountain, and the Green Mountains; it truly felt like you were on top of the world. Dakota and Nader were framed by a lush, pastel-toned floral meadow at their feet. Peach ranunculus, pale blue delphinium, buttery yellow roses, and airy cosmos created a light, romantic scene, while baskets overflowing with delphinium, roses, and local hydrangea greeted guests as they found their seats.
Dakota’s entrance was a tender moment of romantic bride aisle inspiration, perfectly complemented by the soft floral setting.
Under the Vermont wedding sailcloth tent, the design was as personal as it was beautiful. Dakota’s family cut real birch trees from the property to wrap around the tent posts, giving the space an organic, woodland feel.
Long wooden tables lined with candlelight and wooden tablescape inspiration highlighted garden-inspired arrangements in soft pinks, apricot, cream, and lavender. The garden wedding florals glowed in the evening light, creating a romantic and inviting reception atmosphere.
Guests were treated to a culinary spread from wedding catering inspiration including Let’s Pretend Catering, The Spicy Spoke, Tomassoni’s, and Ben & Jerry’s. Thoughtful personal touches included tiny silver bells tied with guest names and a truly iconic wedding guestbook idea made from postcards collected from all over the world.
A Sofreh Aghd was carefully arranged with symbolic elements, including beautifully crafted Persian sweets — each a work of art — to wish the couple a life filled with joy and abundance.
Friends and family wrote heartfelt notes on the postcards, creating keepsakes full of love and memories. Thoughtful personal touches filled the evening: tiny silver bells tied with ribbons printed with each guest’s name (a nod to the couple’s first meeting at the Bell in Hand Tavern in Boston) and a guestbook made from postcards collected from around the world, representing where each guest had traveled from. Salt and Paper Press created the stationery that made each detail feel cohesive and meaningful.
Beauty was handled by the talented wedding beauty team Hillary Fay Studio, Natalia LeDuc, and Destiny Corliss. The day was beautifully documented by Vermont wedding photographers Lillian Seibert (Gold Wing Photography) and videography by Wood and Ether. Music and entertainment by Elegant Music Group and Deste Plays Guitar filled the evening with joy.
As evening settled over the mountains, the pastel florals glowed in candlelight, the birch trees cast soft shadows across the tent, and the air was filled with music, laughter, and the blending of two cultures into one unforgettable celebration. This romantic Vermont wedding inspiration perfectly captured the elegance, intimacy, and joy of the day.
